Austin's First Trip to the Zoo

Today we went to the zoo with the Jesus' Lambs group. The day started out good when we left the house. We went to Publix and got some sandwiches for our picnic lunch, the went to the church building. We were waiting for the bus to get ready and he was fine. Then I went to put his car seat in the bus and while I was gone he started fussing. We thought it was just because he was hot, but once we got on the bus he continued having crying fits. It wasn't log before he started tugging on his ears. We went 3 days with no drops, just finished his antibiotic. I thought his ear infection was gone, but apparently not. We didn't have anything with us. Fortunately Chris had a friend who lived in the area that went to the drug store and bought some Infant Tylenol drops. We gave him a dose and he went to sleep. So...he slept through most of the trip. Austin didn't see a lot of animals but we did. He did get to see the elephants and seemed to enjoy watching them flap their ears. We also saw a tiger submerge himself in water, just his head and shoulders were poking out. That was a cool sight to see. Not a lot of pictures of Austin, but here are some pictures of the animals.
